Pizza de Calabresa com Mussarela

PASTA:

– ½ yeast tablet
– 1 teaspoon (tsp) açúca
– 1 cup (tea) of warm milk
– 2 tablespoons (soup) of oil
– 3 ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
– 1 egg
– Like the Salt

FILLING:

– 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
– 400 g grated mozzarella
– 100 g pepperoni sausage
– 200 g of cherry tomatoes cut in half
– Olive oil, pepper and oregano to taste


METHOD OF PREPARATION:

In a bowl dissolve yeast in sugar, mix the milk, oil, wheat flour, egg and salt.
Work the dough until smooth, cover with a cloth let rise until doubled in size.
Work mass and divide again into two parts.
Open with a roll of the disks and place on a baking sheet round.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
On each disk lot coverage: distribute the tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni cut into slices
. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle the pepper and oregano.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
Serve immediately, very hot.
