Ingredients: – 500g ribeye.
– 2 tablespoons (soup) of sesame oil.
– 2 tablespoons (packed) light soy sauce.
– ½ teaspoon (tsp) sal.
– 1 teaspoon (tsp) of suga.
– 2 cloves of garli. – 1 spoon (soup) of chopped ginger.
– 1 cucumber.
– 3 tablespoons (soup) of peanut oil.
– 4 shallots chopped stalks diagonally.
– 2 tablespoons (soup) of toasted sesame seeds.


Method of preparation: Place the meat in a bowl with sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, garlic and ginger. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
